Would you like to send a patient a message?
There are times when a kind word from someone is the best medicine. You can send an e-mail message to any patient at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. All you need to know is the patient's name and the room number.
All e-mail messages will be delivered during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday (except holidays). Messages received outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day.
Please note that due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we cannot confirm to you that any patient is in-house, or guarantee that the message will be delivered to them. Also, there is no current return mail service which allows the patient to respond to your message.
Also, please understand that if the individual that you have sent the message to has left the hospital, your message will be destroyed. There is no mechanism for us to return the message to you.
This service is provided simply as a free customer service. To get the best results, please try to include as much information as possible in your message to help us to identify the patient.

General Internet communication is inherently not secure. For this reason, we highly recommend that data considered confidential or private in nature not be submitted on this form. (e.g., Social Security Numbers, Diagnosis Information, Credit Card Numbers, etc.)
