Effective: Wednesday, November 11, 2020
Patients (inpatient and outpatient) will be limited to only one designated visitor per patient per hospital stay. For example, one patient can only have the same visitor in their room for their stay. That visitor needs to be the same person from day to day, you cannot change a designated visitor each day.
- Visitors are not allowed to check-in after 9:00pm
- All visitors will be screened upon entry and asked to wear a mask. Any visitors who screen positive will be not be allowed into our facilities.
We understand that this policy may be difficult for patients and visitors. However, we must make these visitor guidelines out of an abundance of caution to keep our patients and caregivers as safe as possible.
We will open our Main Entrance to create a new Visitor Check-in Process to help control onsite visitors. All patients can enter the hospital through one of three access points and will be screened before entering the facility:
- Main Entrance
- Main ER
- Pediatric ER
Visitors will check-in via an electronic tracking system at the main entrance and will be given a wrist band. The Main Entrance and parking garage doors will close at 9:00pm every night and visitors must go through the Main ER to gain access to the facility
