Dr. Zachary Stinson specializes in pediatric orthopedic surgery and pediatric sports medicine. He received his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. After medical school, he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is fellowship- trained in two areas, completing a pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and sports medicine fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Stinson is a board certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon who has presented and published on knee injuries in young athletes, hip arthroscopy, bone quality in young athletes, Kyphoscoliosis, chronic multifocal osteomyelitis and total knee arthroplasty. He has a special emphasis in pediatric sports medicine.
